Dehydration can cause tiredness and affect physical performance by reducing strength and aerobic capacity, therefore it is essential to stay on top of your hydration in order to maximise performance and ensure optimum recovery.

TBJP hydration formula is designed to be used at any point during training:

Pre-training or pre-game - to ensure you go into your session as prepared as possible.

During training - to optimise peak performance.

After training - to aid in recovery.

Order by 2pm to have your parcel collected by Royal Mail same day and likely to be delivered next day.

When we recieve orders before 2pm it will be with the courier the same day for transit and will take 1-2 days to arrive

Who will be delivering my order

We only now use Royal Mail Local for postage to UK on Tracked 24 delivery.

If you leave your mobile number when placing your order you will receive order updates via text message if there is any issue with your order for the quickest response.

Do you offer in store pick up?

Yes, we offer pick up from the shop inside Performance Gym, Irvine. You can choose this option at checkout. We will email you to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up which is usually within 24 hours.
