Shipping policy

Lead Time

If you order before noon we'll send your order that day. Your product will be shipped via a next day delivery service.  If you order over the weekend we'll ship on the Monday.

Where we ship too

We currently only ship within the UK. 

Shipping Costs

Orders must be placed by 12 noon to be shipped same day mid week. No shipping on weekends or bank holidays

£2.50 for 2-3 day delivery, £4.99 for 1-2 day Delivery (usually next day) and Free delivery for all orders £75 or over.

Shipping Time

Once shipped our products usually arrive within 3 working days . For addresses in the Scottish Highlands this may be slightly longer.

Who will be delivering my order

We currently send our orders via Royal Mail. We'll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

If you leave your mobile number when placing your order you will receive order updates via text message.  

Local Shipping

We offer a free local shipping option within 5 miles of performance gym. If we offer local shipping to your address, when you enter your address at checkout, the 'local delivery' option will appear. 

Do you offer in store pick up?

Yes, we offer pickup from the shop inside Performance Gym, Killwinning. You can choose this option at checkout.  We will email you to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up which is usually within 24 hours.
