One of the primary hormones produced in our brain that allows for quality sleep is Melatonin and is located in the pineal gland. This pineal is found in the epithalamus, near the center of the brain, between the two hemispheres. Melatonin helps control your daily sleep and wake cycles and regulates your “internal clock” known as your circadian rhythm. As the sun begins to set our body recognizes this and begins to adjust melatonin levels accordingly. Melatonin and other sleep and growth factors rise through the early evening and maintain levels appropriate for sleep overnight. As the sun begins to rise our body senses this and starts producing less and allowing us to wake refreshed the day before.

Who will be delivering my order

We only now use Royal Mail Local for postage to UK on Tracked 24 delivery. 

If you leave your mobile number when placing your order you will receive order updates via text message if there is any issue with your order for the quickest response.

Do you offer in store pick up?

Yes, we offer pick up from the shop inside Performance Gym, Irvine. You can choose this option at checkout.  We will email you to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up which is usually within 24 hours.
