So it’s important to not be fooled into thinking ‘turmeric’ supplements will deliver the full benefits. These are often nowhere near the dosing needed and the quality is key. What needs to be looked at when purchasing a curcumin supplement is its percentage of curcuminoids, the dosing per serving and that it has Bioperine.
Bioperine – We can’t stress the importance of adding just 5mg of this black pepper extract. Without it the 500mg of curcumin is pretty much pointless! The Bioperine content will assist in the absorption of the curcumin extract by increasing its bioavailability

Who will be delivering my order
We only now use DPD Local for postage to uk mainland on 1-2 working day delivery. Other couriers although cheaper are far too unreliable (especially with strikes at royal mail placing additional strain.

Do you offer in store pick up?
Yes, we offer pickup from the shop inside Performance Gym, Killwinning. You can choose this option at checkout. We will email you to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up which is usually within 24 hours.
