We have combined the most researched ingredients that are backed by science to be effective at bringing calm and lowering cortisol.
We use patented ksm 66 ashwaganda. This is pharmacy grade, and one of the most effective ingredients available for helping control stress. We combined this with , Theanine and two variations of magnesium, as the combination has been shown to be most effective for stress relief.
We use halcyon after all training sessions, to immediately promote recovery. Making progress is all about efficient recovery, and being as relaxed as possible after training helps the whole process hugely.
We also use halcyon on stressful workdays. Theanine is often prescribed by physicians to aid in anxiety related issues, to help people stay calm. This makes halcyon the perfect tool for any hard day

When we recieve orders before 12 noon it will be with the courier the same day for transit and will take 1-2 days fopr uk mainland
Who will be delivering my order
We only now use DPD Local for postage to uk mainland on 1-2 working day delivery. Other couriers although cheaper are far too unreliable (especially with strikes at royal mail placing additional strain.

Do you offer in store pick up?
Yes, we offer pickup from the shop inside Performance Gym, Killwinning. You can choose this option at checkout. We will email you to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up which is usually within 24 hours.
