Wrist Wraps to give support to weak or painful wrists when lifting. These are longer than your average fleabay crap. The velcro will actually last too. Medium stiffness is generally the best for most people. Cheap wraps are like a thin piece of cloth and offer no support where as the ultra stiff ones for benching half a house are too stiff for average gym use and bodybuilding.
