Who will be delivering my order
We currently send our orders via Hermes or Royal Mail. We'll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We offer a free local shipping option within 5 miles of performance gym. If we offer local shipping to your address, when you enter your address at checkout, the 'local delivery' option will appear.
Do you offer in store pick up?
Yes, we offer pickup from the shop inside Performance Gym, Killwinning. You can choose this option at checkout. We will email you to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up which is usually within 24 hours.
