Menace is a fully transparent all-round pre-workout that has a wide variety of ingredients all at solid dosages. It has been designed to cover all areas of a workout, including increased energy and mental focus, as well as enhanced pumps and performance.
It starts at 4g of pure vegan fermented citrulline and combines it with 2g of GlycerSize glycerol at for muscle pumps.
Naughty Boy has added a solid gram of tyrosine alongside AlphaZone (alpha-GPC) at 600mg for extreme focus and combined it with the efficacious dose of 3.2g of beta-alanine to help buffer lactic acid and improve your endurance during those last few reps.
The energy part of the formula is where it really packs a punch. You have 300mg of Juglans Regia, 350mg of caffeine, and 150mg of biophytum, which is something we’ve only seen a few other supplements.
This is all helped with AstraGin at 50mg to help with absorption

Who will be delivering my order
We only now use DPD Local for postage to uk mainland on 1-2 working day delivery. Other couriers although cheaper are far too unreliable (especially with strikes at royal mail placing additional strain.

Do you offer in store pick up?
Yes, we offer pickup from the shop inside Performance Gym, Killwinning. You can choose this option at checkout. We will email you to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up which is usually within 24 hours.
